Faulty items & Returns Policy
If you find goods are faulty on arrival then you are entitled to a replacement or refund. All items purchased through tvpartsfixit are entitled to a 30 day warranty from date of receipt. All returns must follow the returns policy.
Where goods are faulty on arrival you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of goods.
In the unlikely event that goods fail and are still within the 30 day warranty then notice must be provided within this period. Goods must be returned to us in their original packaging. Our parts are security marked before despatch. If goods are returned without a security mark we will not offer a refund or replacement. We do not refund parts ordered in error or misdiagnosis.
Please contact us with the details of the part to be returned and the reason for return. We will issue you with a returns reference number that you must enclose with the returned goods. Once security checked & verified faulty a refund will be made.
Handling & postage/delivery charges for returned items to us are not refundable unless agreed by us.
